Local to Les Gets, Solene set up Alpichalets in 2018, and after marrying Brit, Ben, in 2019, they grew the business through Covid into a small and personalized management company. Being selective with properties and owners has created an important closeness that each existing owner feels when entrusting management to the Alpichalets team. Being within the Les Gets community allows each owner access to a precious book of artisans who help keep all the Alpichalets properties functioning well and properly maintained.

Each guest of Alpichalets is welcomed to their holiday home by one of our team (usually Solene or Ben) and shown the property, to add a personal touch. The property is also checked at the end of each stay to guarantee it has been treated in the best possible way. Problems are noted and fixed quickly by the maintenance team while the cleaning team (bespokely employed by Alpichalets rather than an agency) turns the property around for the next guest or owner. A small welcome pack of essentials (and some local, less essential treats!) is left as a welcome present, while a hand-picked wine rack acts as a small honesty bar.
